Warranty Information

Scope of Warranty: Our warranty covers the workmanship of all services provided by Bitar Home Services LLC. We ensure that our services are performed professionally and in line with industry standards.

Duration of Warranty: The duration of the warranty period is determined and specified in our written agreement with you. It begins upon completion of the services and remains in effect for the agreed-upon duration.

Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in workmanship directly related to the services provided by us. Please note that it does not extend to materials or products supplied by third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

Exclusions and Limitations: Our warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Neglect, misuse, or improper use of the services.

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the services.

  • Acts of nature, including but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.

  • Any use of the services outside of their intended purpose as specified by Bitar Home Services LLC.

Maintenance Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring regular maintenance of the services as per our guidelines. Failure to maintain the services may void the warranty. We recommend annual inspections by qualified professionals to assess the condition of the services and address any potential issues proactively.

Notification Requirements: Clients must notify Bitar Home Services LLC in writing within 30 days of discovering any defects or issues covered by the warranty. Timely reporting is crucial to expedite resolution and minimize potential damages.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for:

  • Following care instructions provided by Bitar Home Services LLC.

  • Avoiding misuse or improper handling of the services.

  • Promptly reporting any issues or damages that may occur during the warranty period.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding warranty claims, both parties agree to first attempt mediation in good faith. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [your state or jurisdiction].

Documentation Requirements: To file a warranty claim, clients must provide:

  • Proof of purchase or contract or written warranty with Bitar Home Services LLC.

  • Service records demonstrating compliance with maintenance requirements.

  • Photographs and written descriptions of the alleged defect or issue.

Insurance and Indemnity: Clients acknowledge that this warranty does not replace or negate the need for appropriate insurance coverage for their property. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Bitar Home Services LLC harmless from any damages not covered by the warranty.

Voiding Conditions: The warranty may be voided if:

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations are made to the services.

  • Maintenance guidelines provided by Bitar Home Services LLC are not followed.

  • Payment for services rendered is not received in full as per the agreed-upon terms.

Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, you must notify us in writing within the specified timeframe after discovering the alleged defect. We require proof of purchase and evidence of the defect to support the claim. Upon validating a valid claim, we will inspect and rectify the issue promptly.

Agreement Requirement: Our warranty is only valid if agreed upon and documented in writing before the commencement of any work by Bitar Home Services LLC.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective services as provided herein. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client who contracted the services with Bitar Home Services LLC.
